PROJECT:
QUEEN VICTORIA MARKET QUARTER 3 DESIGN PROPOSAL
The project draws on Queen Victoria Market's Precinct Renewal Plan which started on 2013. It focuses on Quarter 3, which is the current car park for the market.
The above illustration envisions how the current car park will look like in the next 30 years. The transformation of the car park into a public open space will increase the liveability of the area, as it provides an outdoor space for apartment dwellers and strengthens the market's importance in the city.
